  Best Mentor & President — Entrepreneurship Club

  As President of my high school Entrepreneurship Club, I developed an early interest in how businesses identify problems, develop ideas, and turn them into practical solutions. My role gave me the opportunity to work directly with representatives from established companies, communicate with them individually, and help organize seminars, business focused events, and collaborative projects.

  A key part of our activities involved real world brand challenges. Company representatives presented participants with a business problem related to their brand, and teams were asked to analyze the challenge, develop a solution, and present their ideas. As President, I helped structure these projects, organize participant teams, coordinate the overall program, and maintain direct communication with company representatives throughout the process.

  This experience introduced me to business problem solving from both an organizational and strategic perspective. It taught me how to consider different stakeholders, structure teams around a common objective, communicate with professionals, and transform an initial business challenge into a clear project. My contributions to the club were also recognized with the Best Mentor award and a Certificate of GIF'25 Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

  Volleyball Captain

  Played competitive volleyball for 10 years at Bizimkent Sports Club. Served as captain of the Istek Bilge Kagan Anatolian High School volleyball team, leading the team to 2nd place in the district championship.

  VOLUNTEERING

  Volunteer Moderator — BrightTalk Speaking Club

  Volunteered as a moderator, facilitating English speaking sessions for participants. Guided conversations, encouraged active participation, and helped members improve their communication skills and confidence.

  The role strengthened my public speaking and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in encouraging participation and keeping conversations structured and productive.
